Claudia Raigoza ’14

Product Management, First Data

Since 2010, Claudia Raigoza has been an active member of the Kravis Leadership Institute (KLI), working as a research assistant, student coordinator, programs assistant, and Illumine editor. As an undergraduate at Claremont McKenna College (CMC), she co-authored two studies: “Preventing the Sophomore Slump: Developing Leadership and Measuring Impact” (2012) and “The Influence of Women’s Life-Stage on Career and Leadership Transitions and Decisions” (2013).

In 2015, Claudia was selected as a Kravis Fellow to continue her involvement with KLI.

Claudia graduated from CMC in 2014 with a dual-degree in Government and Spanish and a Sequence in Leadership Studies. She supplemented her studies by serving in various leadership roles at KLI and the Center for Writing and Public Discourse.

Claudia has worked at First Data, a global payment and technology company, since 2014. She works closely with internal stakeholders and potential partners to commercialize First Data’s small and medium-sized business product suite. The suite includes Clover: a reimagined point-of-sale system with a growing open platform of business management applications.

Claudia is a Los Angeles native and current Silicon Valley resident, where she is an innovation enthusiast and active volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Palo Alto, CA.
