KLI Research Projects
The Kravis Leadership Institute is offering four research fellowship programs for CMC students in the fall 2011. The purpose of these research fellowships is to support, encourage, and expand the ongoing leadership research of CMC students. These competitive fellowship awards are designed to provide students with financial fellowship that will allow students to focus more of their time on leadership research. It also encourages faculty members to support and encourage knowledge and understanding of leadership and organizational effectiveness through student research.
Leadership Thesis Fellowship
This Fellowship is designed to encourage and support student thesis research on projects related to leadership. The recipient is required to conduct research under the supervision of, or in collaboration with, a CMC faculty member. The fellowship award is $1,000 with a travel stipend of up to $1,000 available for travel related to the proposed research project. This fellowship is open to CMC seniors.
Social Sector Research Fellowship
This Fellowship is designed to encourage and support student research on projects related to social entrepreneurship. The recipient is required to conduct research under the supervision of, or in collaboration with, a CMC faculty member. The fellowship award is $1,000 with a travel stipend of up to $1,000 available for travel related to the proposed research project. This fellowship is open to all CMC students.

Kravis Prize Thesis Fellowship
This Fellowship is designed to encourage and support student thesis research on projects related to social entrepreneurship and linked with the Kravis Prize in Leadership through a Summer International Internship at a Kravis Prize Winner Organization. The recipient is required to conduct research under the supervision of, or in collaboration with, a CMC faculty member. The fellowship award is: Summer International Internship, $5,000 and $1,000 with a stipend of up to $2,000 available for travel related to the proposed research project.
