Who We Serve:

We serve a wide variety of non-profits in Los Angeles County. We have worked with 10 different organizations in the Claremont area and continue to expand our reach. We have worked with organizations that focus on a diverse range of specialties, including education, art, horticulture, prisoners’ rights, and child development.

Previous Case Studies:

CLASP (Claremont After School Programs):

  • Developed and implemented an IRB-certified evaluation metric to measure improvements in academic performance and attitudes towards education.
  • Recommended opportunities for cost-reduction through innovative community partnerships.

 

The Claremont Museum of Art

  • Identified grant opportunities and wrote applications for funding from different foundations and philanthropic entities.
  • Assessed the structure of the Board of Directors and made recommendations to improve fundraising strategies and potential for long-term growth.

Crossroads

  • Created a sustainable digital presence for the organization by building a website and training employees in web maintenance.
  • Designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing initiative to build community awareness.
