Who We Serve:

We serve a wide variety of non-profits in Los Angeles County. We have worked with 10 different organizations in the Claremont area and continue to expand our reach. We have worked with organizations that focus on a diverse range of specialties, including education, art, horticulture, prisoners’ rights, and child development.

Previous Case Studies:

CLASP (Claremont After School Programs): Developed and implemented an IRB-certified evaluation metric to measure improvements in academic performance and attitudes towards education. Recommended opportunities for cost-reduction through innovative community partnerships.
		The Claremont Museum of Art Identified grant opportunities and wrote applications for funding from different foundations and philanthropic entities. Assessed the structure of the Board of Directors and made recommendations to improve fundraising strategies and potential for long-term growth.
Crossroads Created a sustainable digital presence for the organization by building a website and training employees in web maintenance. Designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing initiative to build community awareness.
