Leadership

SOURCE is an all-student run nonprofit organization. Our people are our most valuable asset. As an organization dedicated to developing leaders, we provide practical leadership opportunities and focus a significant portion of our resources on developing our students through workshops by professionals, luncheons with community members, and other training opportunities. The students below were selected from the top of their class. SOURCE has a 4% to 6% yearly acceptance rate, receiving over 140 applications each year and accepting anywhere from five to eight students.

Managers

Jasmine DiLucci Jasmine DiLucci is from Dallas, Texas and a senior at Claremont McKenna College, majoring in Economics-Accounting with a Master’s in Finance. She has been involved in SOURCE since her freshman year, first as a Consultant for Uncommon Good, then as a Lead Consultant for the Claremont Community Foundation. She also serves as the ASCMC Chief Financial Officer. This past summer, she interned in Sales and Trading for the Royal Bank of Canada and in Tax for Ernst & Young. She enjoys playing chess and running in her free time.
Alice Chang Alice Chang is a junior at Claremont McKenna College, dual majoring in Economics-Government. She has been involved with SOURCE since her freshman year. Before becoming Co-Manager at SOURCE, she worked as a Consultant for the Claremont After-School Program. She worked as a Research Assist at the Kravis Leadership Institute, as Product Manager intern for Intuit, Co-President and Co-Founder of the Claremont Consulting Group, and the Vice President of Claremont Colleges Against Cancer. This fall she is attending the Washington DC Program and interning at the Committee on Energy & Commerce for the House Minority.

Managing Lead

Sirah Hosni Sirah Hosni is a senior at Claremont McKenna College dual-majoring in International Relations and Economics with a focus on development in the Middle East. Sirah joined SOURCE as a Consultant for the Claremont After-Schools Program during her sophomore year, and she now serves as the Operations Manager as well as Lead Consultant for the Foothill Family Shelter. In the past, Sirah has worked as a Research Assistant with the Lowe Institute for Political Economy at CMC and the American Chamber of Commerce in Amman, Jordan. Sirah also enjoys knitting and is excited to assist a local needle arts store with social media development in the fall.

Lead Consultants

Kartik Das Kartik Das is a junior at Claremont McKenna College, majoring in Economics and Applied Mathematics. He has been involved with SOURCE since his freshman year as a consultant for David and Margaret. He then became a Lead Consultant in his sophomore year. In addition, he is currently Vice President for the Consumer, Food, and Retail Industries in the Student Investment Fund and a Student Representative on the CMC Board of Trustees Student Affairs Committee. He has also served as Dorm President and as a Tutor for Uncommon Good.
Jess Davis Jess Davis is sophomore at Claremont McKenna College, where she is majoring in Government. She has been involved with SOURCE since her freshman year, first as a Consultant for Crossroads Women, and now as the Lead Consultant for PermaDirty Project Space. She is passionate about nonprofit management and interned for the nonprofit advocacy group Death Penalty Focus over the summer. On campus, she is also a Writing Consultant at the Center for Writing and Public Discourse.
Jeff Hochhauser Jeff Hochhauser is a junior at Claremont McKenna College, dual majoring in Economics-Psychology. He transferred to CMC in the fall of his sophomore year, after spending a year at UNC-Chapel Hill. He joined SOURCE in the spring of his sophomore year, as the Lead Consultant for the Claremont Community Foundation. On campus, he is also the Director of Tour Guides for the admissions office and an analyst for the Student Investment Fund.
Vahin Khosla Vahin Khosla is a junior at Claremont McKenna College, dual majoring in Economics-Accounting and International Relations. Starting off as a Consultant for Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Gardens, he has been associated with SOURCE since his freshman year. In his sophomore year, Vahin became the Lead Consultant for the Claremont Colleges Ballroom Dance Company team. He is a part of CMC’s club soccer team and interned in the Management Consulting department of KPMG Global Services last summer.
Sara Linssen Sara Linssen is a sophomore from San Diego. After taking a year off to travel, Sara came to CMC where she majors in Economics and Government with a Leadership Sequence. Sara joined SOURCE as a consultant to the Claremont Museum of Art team in the fall of her freshman year, and was asked to lead the team following the graduation of the Lead Consultant in the spring. Sara also works with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and researches with the Kravis Leadership Institute. For fun, Sara likes hiking, yoga, and watching her favorite TV shows.
SOURCE Consultant Iris Liu Iris Liu is a sophomore at Claremont McKenna College, dual majoring in Economics and Psychology with a Financial Economics Sequence. Iris joined SOURCE in the fall of her sophomore year as a Lead Consultant for the Claremont Colleges Ballroom Dance Company. Other campus activities include being 2016 Class President, researching at the Financial Economics Institute and Lowe Institute for Political Economy, and actively participating in theater productions at the Colleges.
