Women and Leadership Workshop
This half-day workshop is focused on gender and leadership. Students practice networking and receive practical advice from women in a variety of industries including the fields of law, non-profit, entrepreneurship, finance, consulting, entertainment, education, government service, marketing, and health services. Through interactions with attendees and guests, students identify their personal and professional interests as well as develop self-efficacy and practice expressing their own voice. This event is open to all students from the 7-C Claremont Colleges and is sponsored by the Robert Day Scholars, Berger Institute for Work, Family, and Children, and the Kravis Leadership Institute.
