Sherylle J. Tan

Sherylle J. Tan, Ph.D. is the Director of Internships and KLI Research with the Kravis Leadership Institute and is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology at Claremont McKenna College. Dr. Tan has research and publications on leadership with a focus on women, gender, and inclusion. She received an Award for Outstanding Scholarship from the International Leadership Association. Her book, Women and Leadership: Journey Toward Equity (with Lisa DeFrank-Cole, 2022), was awarded a 2022 Most Promising New Textbook Award by the Textbook and Academic Authors Association. She is also certified through the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and focuses on leadership and executive coaching.
